Nikki Kellers
“I like problem-solving and serving as a resource for people,” says Nikki.
As Director of The MadAveCollective, she gets lots of opportunities to do both.
The Collective fills a unique niche. It engages up-and-coming creative talent to produce marketing materials for under-staffed non-profits. The creatives get paid work, experience and mentoring; the organizations get their message out. It’s a win-win.
“I love bringing people together for a purpose,” Nikki says, “then directing traffic and making sure all the details are taken care of.”
“I talk with a lot of Executive Directors and Marketing Directors and they all seem to have two things in common: not enough people and not enough time,” says Nikki. “My goal is to make life easier for people in those positions; take tasks off their plates so they can focus on higher priorities.”
Nikki is also a part-time Certified Personal Trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine. In fact, she trains many members of the MadAveGroup staff.
A graduate of the University of Toledo, Nikki earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication degree. She’s a mom who likes to hike, camp and play softball.
